At Exploits Welding and Machine Shop Ltd., safety is a shared responsibility and we are committed to keeping every worker safe on the job. The first step towards our safety goal of zero workplace injuries is adopting a strong safety culture.

This means thinking safety first at all times: planning and taking action to avoid potentially hazardous situations; ensuring equipment is ready and maintained for its intended purpose; knowing your co-workers are properly trained and share our concern for safe operations; and doing what you can to protect your fellow workers and your family.
